Requirements

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of administrative support or order processing experience
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of sales or procurement-related experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Validate all requirements and create a quote
• Determine margin profile related to customer and OEM on behalf of Denali
• Receive PO from customer and validate accuracy
• Validate if the current part number is accurate
• Participate in weekly department and customer status meetings
• Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Conduct effective communication with Denali sales and operations personnel
• Provide quality service to Denali’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Denali Values at all times
• Work on multiple complex high-priority projects and provide timely support to deliver within scope, budget, and timelines
• Work cross-functionally with Services Operations on non-standard quote requirements (i.e. bundling HW/SW quotes and Services pricing)
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to assist sales to win opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
