This position is accountable for assisting the Account Sales Representative in producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to all customers on an assigned route. The role involves filling in for the Account Sales Representative when needed and/or to supplement their effort in implementing approved Company programs and policies. This is to achieve sales volume and merchandising goals while effectively presenting the Company’s brands to the retailer and the consumer. The position requires learning and mastering the Structured Sales Processes to effectively mirror the efforts of the Account Sales Representative in monitoring and controlling inventory levels for each account to provide maximum availability of products while maintaining quality control and freshness standards. It also involves developing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with all customers to facilitate sales, maintaining current knowledge of all supplier brands and packages, pricing information, and promotional/marketing activities.
