About The Position

ICM Solutions, a leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join their growing team in Arizona. The PSSR is a crucial member of the Sales team, focused on enhancing customer experience and driving their Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure both customer operational success and ICM's financial objectives. This role involves acting as a consultant to customers in technical support and product management, ensuring they achieve the best possible return on their investments in crushing, screening, conveying, and washing equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Highly motivated and target/goal driven.
  • Familiarity w/CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Crushing/aggregates, mining or heavy equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their objectives.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and time frame.
  • Coordinate sales effort with internal team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and deliver status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Travel (daily and overnight as needed) to build and maintain customer relationships and provide on-site support to operations.
