About The Position

Generate cost estimates and proposals based on customer needs, leveraging your electrical curiosity and product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout the quotations process. Utilize SAP system, website resources, support from teammates and technical experts to gather information and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries. Assist outside sales team and management team in processing priority inquiries. Participating in meetings and trainings opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Electrical Instrumentation/Technology preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years sales, account manager background for electrical or related industrial products a plus.
• A natural curiosity about electrical products and a willingness to learn about our products portfolio.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with vague or incomplete information.
• Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities may shift.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Having functional competence and basic understanding of manufacturing/product environment a plus.
