About The Position

Monsen Engineering is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Sales Support Engineer. This role will focus on promoting Trimble Geospatial products with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The position requires a blend of knowledge in surveying technology applications and developing sales skills. The products supported include field solutions such as robotic total stations, 3D laser scanning solutions, GPS, and related applications. Requirements

Knowledge of surveying and geospatial processes, procedures, and workflows is highly preferred.
Construction experience
Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

Support of outside sales team
Prepare new product for delivery including software application
Maintain and prepare rental equipment for Geospatial and Building Point
Train and perform high-quality support for clients
Conduct product training and product demonstrations including Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, etc.
Provide technical and customer support
Post-sales activity to ensure customer success
Direct sales duties including phone and walk-in customers
Work with the sales team to develop leads
Attend industry trade shows
Call and visit customers within the territory as needed
Provide high levels of customer service
