About The Position

The Sales Support Coordinator reports directly to the Manager of Customer Service and is responsible for the administration of Retailer Item information. This position maintains the item set ups within the Walmart portal to ensure critical New Item information is accurate, priced correctly, ready for ordering and accurate to the forecast related entry and maintenance within Funko’s ERP. This role will also be responsible for ensuring content is updated on Walmart.com with SEO content and maintain content score requirements. Our working environment is ever changing and very fast paced as we must match our speed to the ever-changing winds of pop culture. Successful candidates must be as flexible as Mister Fantastic and have the speed of The Flash. A keen eye for detail as well as a bias for action will also go a long way!

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Walmart Systems (Supplier One a plus!)
  • 1-2 years of item setup and item catalog maintenance experience preferred (Walmart experience a plus!)
  • Demonstrate an exceptional level of attention to detail through the accuracy of assigned tasks and ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Present a strong bias for action because speed matters
  • Must be agile and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to listen actively, provide clarity, project positivity, speak with confidence, and always show empathy
  • Ability to understand upstream and downstream impacts of retailer item set up processes
  • Intermediate level understanding of MS Office products (import/export of data, Excel: basic formula creation, vlookup. Outlook: auto-response, mail rules. SharePoint navigation and functionality)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact regarding retailer product set up and dotcom content
  • Attend all related meetings and webinars for item set up and dotcom requirements
  • Detailed understanding of the process involved in creating and updating customer specific item data within the ERP and Product Development systems, as well as Walmart portal
  • Set up items in Supplier One including dimensions, copy, customer specific pricing, product images, and compliance information
  • Set up and maintain Funko’s presence on Walmart.com with SEO content and maintain compliance with Walmart’s content score requirements
  • Partner with various departments to obtain item related information
  • Resolve missing item information or errors, verify accuracy, and complete submission
  • Track, prepare and provide updates on item set up and online content until they are ready to be ordered
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of product information during seasonal transitions
  • Manage customer specific assortments within Product Development site and ERP
