Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics (experience in the fuel, lubricant, or distribution industry is a major plus).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You know how to translate corporate talk into helpful customer solutions.
  • A resourceful mindset. You don't just spot a delayed order; you're already on the phone with dispatch fixing it
  • Ability to quickly learn product lines and navigate CRM/ERP systems, MDM software, and customer portals.
  • Superior time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting details slip through the cracks.
  • 2-year associates degree or higher: ideally in a business-related field
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the country in which they applied.
  • Final candidates will be required to undergo a confidential pre-employment background check, including but not limited to educational, criminal, credit, drug and alcohol, and/or fitness for duty testing.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process all incoming lubricant and fuel orders, ensuring clean data entry and end-to-end tracking.
  • Own the backorder process. Proactively monitor inventory availability and communicate updates to the sales team and customers.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the dispatch team to quickly resolve delivery issues, delayed orders, or logistical hiccups.
  • Act as the primary bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Respond to new incoming leads, answer initial inquiries, and provide accurate price quotes.
  • Monitor and manage the customer portal inbox, ensuring timely responses to all digital requests.
  • Learn the fundamentals of our fuel and lubricant product lines to confidently answer basic customer questions and guide them to the right solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Master Data Management (MDM) team to set up new customer profiles and delivery locations accurately.
  • Partner with the credit department to expedite the account opening process for new clients in a timely manner.
