About The Position

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic sales team in either the Boston or Denver office. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning about sales and customer support within the cultural exchange and childcare industry. As a Sales Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience with customer-facing teams, educate prospective host families on the au pair program, and understand the sales and customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Support families before their au pair arrives.
  • Learn to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Manage diverse pipeline/case load.
  • Develop effective communication and sales skills.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track progress and manage day-to-day activities.
  • Participate in comprehensive training on the product, teams, and sales strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and their needs.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, shadow experienced sales representatives, and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Provide hands-on support to the team where needed.
