About The Position

Sales Support Coordinator Cultural Care Au Pair Location: Boston or Denver office Interested in learning about sales and customer support? Cultural Care is the leading au pair agency and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic sales team based out of our Boston/ Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the sales and customer centric industry. As a Sales Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience working with many of our customer-facing teams that talk with prospective host families, including our Placement and Sales teams. You will gain a deep understanding of our sales and customer journey, educating customers on this unique cultural exchange and childcare solution.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our sales team in various tasks, including but not limited to: Responding to customer inquiries and requests, Supporting families before their au pair arrives
  • Learn to identify and nurture sales opportunities. Manage diverse pipeline/case load
  • Develop effective communication and sales skills
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Utilize salesforce to track progress and manage day to day
  • Participate in a comprehensive training on our product, teams, and sales strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs
  • Actively participate in team meetings, shadow experienced sales representatives, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Hands on training including jumping in and supporting the team where it is needed most at the time
