About The Position

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow within the sales and customer-centric industry. As a Sales Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working with customer-facing teams, including Placement and Sales, to understand the sales and customer journey. You will educate customers on the cultural exchange and childcare solution offered by Cultural Care.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team in various tasks, including responding to customer inquiries and requests, and supporting families before their au pair arrives.
Learn to identify and nurture sales opportunities, manage a diverse pipeline/case load, develop effective communication and sales skills, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce to track progress and manage daily tasks.
Participate in comprehensive training on the product, teams, and sales strategy, developing a deep understanding of customers and their needs. Actively participate in team meetings, shadow experienced sales representatives, and assist with administrative tasks. Provide hands-on support to the team where needed.
