About The Position

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow within the sales and customer-centric industry. As a Sales Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working with customer-facing teams, including Placement and Sales, to understand the sales and customer journey. You will educate customers on the cultural exchange and childcare solution offered by Cultural Care.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team in various tasks, including responding to customer inquiries and requests, and supporting families before their au pair arrives.
  • Learn to identify and nurture sales opportunities, manage a diverse pipeline/case load, develop effective communication and sales skills, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce to track progress and manage daily tasks.
  • Participate in comprehensive training on the product, teams, and sales strategy, developing a deep understanding of customers and their needs. Actively participate in team meetings, shadow experienced sales representatives, and assist with administrative tasks. Provide hands-on support to the team where needed.
