Job Description: The Sales Support Coordinator will provide essential support to our sales team and ensure seamless operations that contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED .
  • Proven experience as a Sales Support Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining customer records.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., logistics , finance) to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing product information, pricing, and availability as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and recommending strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain CRM database , ensuring all customer interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and up to date .
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure sales collateral and promotional materials are current and readily available.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to extended warranty sales, coverage, and pricing.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required .
  • Performs other duties as assigned
