About The Position

Zaber is looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to process orders and manage sales inquiries promptly and accurately. You’ll coordinate with Zaber’s Operations and Sales teams to ensure seamless order workflow, from initial inquiries through to delivery. Our personable and friendly team operates within a fast-paced environment. We will train you in customer onboarding, negotiations, order entry and quoting, handling returns, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be able to develop your knowledge-base thoroughly and be supported in making longer-term improvements to our processes. Zaber designs and manufactures precision positioning devices and motion control systems for a variety of applications and you’ll be an essential part of our supply chain. Your role will be critical to Zaber’s success by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, shaping our reputation.

Requirements

Experience in a sales, order-entry, customer service, or a customer onboarding role.
An eye for improving and/or automating processes.
Strong problem solving skills.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Can manage multiple customer cases and software tools concurrently.

Responsibilities

Receive, enter, and schedule purchase orders, prepare quotes, negotiate and set-up payment terms.
Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and work with our custom ERP system to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
Resolve order-related issues and customer requests in a timely and effective manner, through phone or email.
Act as the liaison between Zaber and the customer, ensuring we do as we say and say what we do.
