We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to help grow and maintain our catering business through outstanding service, relationship building, and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for catering customers throughout the ordering process
  • Manage catering order intake, order entry, confirmations, and customer follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, customer preferences, and account information
  • Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal restaurant teams
  • Resolve customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Maintain and grow existing catering accounts through proactive outreach
  • Increase repeat business by promoting seasonal offerings, company event catering, and recurring order opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified catering prospects
  • Encourage referrals, reviews, and long-term customer loyalty
  • Ensure catering orders are entered accurately with attention to timing, quantities, pricing, and delivery details
  • Follow up with customers within 48 hours after events/orders
  • Confirm upcoming catering orders 24 hours in advance
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and customer experience initiatives

Benefits

  • Pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
