This role is responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of the Catering Sales Department. Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
• Creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system and submitting for client signature in accordance with venue deadlines.
• Working closely with the culinary and operations team to develop menus.
• Promptly respond to all client correspondence, phone, and email, including initial inquiry correspondence, proposal development for qualified leads, and all follow up as necessary to secure business.
• Proactively engaging in networking and other lead generation activities.
• Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
• Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
