We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to support the accurate and timely processing of customer and distributor orders. In this role, you'll help ensure a smooth order fulfillment process by maintaining accurate records, providing order updates, resolving routine inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sales team. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• A positive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach to work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and distributor orders, order changes, expedite requests, and return authorizations.
• Provide updates on order status, lead times, shipments, and routine order inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, and order information in company systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment and resolve order-related issues.
• Prepare reports, status updates, and account information for customers and the Sales team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service and support shared priorities.
