Temporary Sales Support Associate
About The Position
The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s success and efficiency, providing attentive service aligned with Coach’s brand commitment. The role creates a positive customer experience through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well-kept sales floor. It supports the flow of product from receipt through point of sale, including shipment processing, stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising. The position also supports customer service and sales floor activity while following cash-handling, housekeeping, and Loss Prevention policies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including using an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
- Represent the brand in the store and local market, and support social media engagement.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media according to policy.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and carry out visual merchandising updates.
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members or management as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
