About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s success and efficiency, supporting the brand’s customer-service commitment through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well-kept sales floor. The role supports accurate product flow from receipt through point of sale. The associate welcomes and assists customers, operates point-of-sale systems, supports sales-floor activities, and helps maintain stockroom organization, inventory levels, and visual merchandising. The position also includes receiving shipments, handling cash and customer information in accordance with policy, and following housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards. This is a temporary position with a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. The role requires regularly lifting at least 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
Ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, including supporting social media engagement.
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and carry out visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
