About The Position

This role is the front line of our customer experience, supporting sales operations while ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, informed, and impactful. The Sales Support Associate will respond to incoming customer inquiries, provide timely and helpful updates, and act as a first point of contact for operational and sales-related questions. Responsibilities include preparing and sending quotes, proposals, confirmations, and sales documentation, following up on missing information to keep deals moving forward, and entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves processing orders, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, tracking order progress, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure on-time execution, and coordinating with internal teams such as engineering, production, finance, and logistics. Additionally, the Sales Support Associate will schedule client meetings and follow-ups to support the sales cycle, ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated across internal teams, and maintain organized and up-to-date customer account files.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
