About The Position

The Sales Support Analyst – Corporate Accounts partners with the Corporate Accounts team to provide timely analytical, proposal, reporting, and sales operations support. This role organizes and translates account, pricing, and utilization data into accurate customer-facing materials and actionable insights while coordinating cross-functional inputs to help opportunities, renewals, RFPs, and account initiatives move forward efficiently. The role operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent requests and short turnaround times. It is a new position where the requirements may evolve over time. The associate must prioritize effectively, communicate proactively, and occasionally adjust working hours to meet critical deadlines or support other time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in sales operations, sales support, financial analysis, business analytics, pricing, account management support, or a related function preferred.
  • Experience preparing analyses, proposals, RFP responses, business reviews, or executive-ready presentations preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system required; familiarity with CPQ and business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Veterinary, diagnostics, healthcare, laboratory, or multi-site corporate account experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize trends, inconsistencies, and potential business impacts.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, complete, and professional work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize data for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet short deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently within established guidelines and to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly; experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of sales processes, pricing concepts, customer proposals, and corporate account support.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential customer, pricing, and financial information.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with RFPs, proposals, renewals, and deal-shaping activities by gathering required information, organizing responses, validating inputs, formatting deliverables, and tracking deadlines.
  • Compile and analyze account-level data, including revenue, diagnostic utilization, client mix, pricing, discounts, and performance trends, to support informed recommendations.
  • Prepare pricing and business analyses within established guidelines and support the Corporate Accounts team in developing competitive, financially sound customer offers, including the input and processing of these in CPQ.
  • Maintain recurring reports, QBRs, rebate and compliance trackers, renewal schedules, opportunity logs, and action-item lists; proactively follow up on open items and approaching deadlines.
  • Validate information across Salesforce, CPQ, business intelligence, finance, and other source systems; investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Contracts, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to collect inputs, resolve questions, and support timely completion of corporate account requests.
  • Respond to routine and ad hoc requests from Corporate Account Directors and Strategic Account Managers, clearly communicate status, and escalate risks or delays when necessary.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, reference materials, and shared files so that recurring activities are consistent, accurate, and easy to execute.
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve reporting, templates, workflows, and data accuracy and participate in implementation of approved enhancements.
  • Handle customer, pricing, and company information in accordance with applicable policies, confidentiality requirements, and data-governance standards.
