About The Position

This is a temporary project role for a Sales Support Analyst, estimated to last 12 months with possible extensions. The position requires 100% of the time to be spent at the Client's site in Houston, TX. This is a non-negotiable requirement, and only candidates able to relocate as required should apply. The role involves directly supporting the Sales team in processing commercial agreements and acting as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Houston, TX
• Experience as Sales Support Analyst (2 years)
• High School Grad / GED

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Natural Gas and Retail Energy market
• Experience with Financial Analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Directly support the Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
• Act as liaison between Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers, including: analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments and increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.
• Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates.
• Conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.
