Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a sales support role or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in CRM software, ideally Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office
  • A solid understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Keen problem-solving abilities to proactively navigate challenges.
  • The organizational agility to multitask and manage competing priorities seamlessly.
  • A sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all your operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Cross-Functional Teams: Provide ongoing support to CSMs and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage SMS Rate Updates: Regularly update and maintain accurate SMS rate information in the system, ensuring timely and precise adjustments.
  • Handle Provisioning and Billing Requests: Submit and track provisioning and billing requests using the CRM system, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.
  • Maintain and Update Account Data in Salesforce/Nova: Manage and update customer account information, including addresses, ownership details, and other critical data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Data Reporting and Auditing: Generate, analyze, and audit data reports to support decision-making and ensure data integrity across the organization.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation for new processes, including both written guides and recorded tutorials.
  • Engage in Company Meetings: Actively participate in and present at various internal meetings, contributing insights and updates to drive team alignment and progress.
