About The Position
As a Sales Support Agent, you will ensure customers receive top service in the delivery of frozen products and wine. You will maintain customer contact, process orders, and offer attractive promotions. This role involves outbound sales by calling customers for updates, new orders, and special promotions, as well as inbound support via phone or email for orders, changes, and inquiries. Your primary focus will be on customer care, ensuring every customer is left with a smile.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Native level Dutch or Flemish
- Basic computer skills
