About The Position

The Sales Supervisor at Delvaux in San Jose ensures a seamless client journey by maintaining strong sales and supporting the sales team in the selling ceremony. The role partners with the Store Manager to maintain a well-run store, leads the team in delivering outstanding customer service, and supports store operations. This is a temporary, part-time position.

Requirements

At least 5 years of retail experience.
Vast knowledge of leather goods and CRM experience.
Strong knowledge of and passion for the brand and luxury industry.
Strong sales-floor presence and a client-focused mindset.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

Motivate the team and foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration in the store.
Drive sales and achieve sales goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and building long-term relationships with existing customers.
Measure sales performance and conversion rates daily, assess the business, and recommend actions based on strengths and opportunities.
Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and developing client relationships.
Support store operations as needed, including visual merchandising, opening and closing procedures, and inventory management.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and develop sales associates.
Assist the Store Manager with daily briefings covering sales, client outreach, KPIs, and product performance.
Lead on the selling floor, assist the team in hosting clients, and coach team members to improve the retail experience and clienteling.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners, including concession shop stores.
