About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional customer experiences. Sales Supervisors contribute to retail business success through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing the company’s story and mission on the sales floor, and participating in process improvement and special projects. The role supports an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment and leads sales and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present. It also includes opening and closing the store.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver strong customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Pride in work and self-motivation to perform at a high level.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
