About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create outstanding customer experiences in its retail locations. Sales Supervisors contribute to the business through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing the company’s story and mission on the sales floor, contributing to process ideation and improvement, and participating in special projects. The role also includes leading floor sales and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present, opening and closing the store, and helping foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
• At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver strong customer service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and commitment to performing at a high level.
• Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including during long hours.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide thoughtful, honest style advice.
• Develop innovative ways to improve the glasses-shopping experience.
• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect and help foster an inclusive culture.
