•$20 - $23•Onsite

About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences in its retail locations. Sales Supervisors contribute to business success through face-to-face customer interactions, share the company’s story and mission on the sales floor, and participate in process ideation, improvement, and special projects. The role may also be called Keyholder at other brands. The Sales Supervisor promotes an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment; provides knowledgeable product guidance and style advice; and explores ways to improve the glasses-shopping experience. When a manager is not present, the supervisor leads floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases, and opens and closes the store. The role calls for a flexible, upbeat team player who leads by example and helps foster a respectful, inclusive culture. Warby Parker describes its mission as inspiring and impacting the world with vision, purpose, and style. The company aims to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible and, through its Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program, distributes a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair of glasses or sunglasses sold.
