About The Position

The Executive Chef oversees all culinary functions for a dining account, manages and leads a team of associates, and oversees account safety and sanitation. The role includes managing account costs and expenditures, planning and creating menus, purchasing and managing inventory, and rolling out culinary programs in coordination with the marketing and culinary teams.

Requirements

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing cost controls.
• Desire to learn and grow with a foodservice company.
