About The Position

The Sales Supervisor helps customers select furniture, arrange financing, and set up delivery, while supporting sales staff and store operations. Responsibilities

Help customers select furniture, arrange financing, and set up delivery.
Open and close the store, ensuring all required details have been completed.
Maintain the sales floor with well-trained Sales Associates who uphold company standards.
Handle sales conflicts promptly, with the goal of resolving them.
Observe sales staff and coach them to help build a successful team.
Direct staff in setting up new sales events.
Participate in and direct associates in operational support for store activities, including cleaning and merchandising.
Meet the assigned minimum acceptable sales standard.
Complete other duties as assigned.
