About The Position

The Sales Supervisor is an independent professional who takes responsibility, identifies and solves problems, communicates directly, and builds relationships through a personal approach. The role supports the management team in leading and developing the store team, while providing customers with knowledgeable guidance on Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products. This position is for a new store opening at Aventura Mall in Miami, Florida.

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in leading and developing a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a high-performing team.
• Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics.
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with store support departments to use company resources effectively.
• Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures, and development planning for the store team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
