About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create outstanding customer experiences. Across Warby Parker retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the business through face-to-face customer interactions. The role involves sharing the company’s story and mission on the sales floor, participating in process ideation and improvement, and contributing to special projects. The position may also be called Keyholder at other brands.

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
• At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and pride in delivering strong performance.
• Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

• Lead sales-floor activity, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
