About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers and help make glasses shopping an engaging experience. Sales Advisors support retail locations and contribute to the company’s success through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. They represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy on the sales floor, share product knowledge and style advice, and help create an inclusive, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
