Job Summary: The Sales Success Manager is responsible for interacting with and supporting all sales resources within the Palm Beach County market. This position manages resources available to achieve sales/growth results as well as operational goals within their market. This role is responsible for Medicare Advantage growth in Palm Beach County, developing and implementing external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Prominence National Sales Growth Leader, and local Sales Director.
