We manage a diverse mix of communities, including age-restricted communities, luxury high-rise condominiums, co-ops, urban mixed-use, and large-scale single-family developments. We are seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure the smooth transition and onboarding of new RealManage Elevated Onsite communities. This role acts as a mentor and trainer, serving as the primary point of contact for onsite teams, providing hands-on training and guidance during onboarding. You will also act as an ambassador, establishing strong relationships with on-site teams and community boards. When not onboarding, you will support the business by filling interim General Manager vacancies and assisting with staff training and operational support. This is a remote position requiring extensive travel across the United States, with potential for extended stays. Candidates with an active LCAM license, residing in Tampa, Florida, are preferred. Travel may occur on short notice, with 50-75% or more of your time spent traveling. When not traveling, you will work remotely from home.
