About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the busy season. You will engage with customers, provide personalized styling, and help keep the sales floor welcoming, inspiring, and well-maintained. You will work with store leadership and fellow team members to support daily operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and a passion for connecting with people. The seasonal term runs from November through January 18, with most assignments ending before that date. There may be an opportunity to continue as a non-seasonal employee after the seasonal term. Scheduling is flexible, with as few as one to two shifts per week.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Quick-learning, adaptable mindset and openness to feedback.
Creativity and a natural eye for style.
Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability; some holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist customers at the register with friendliness and efficiency.
Maintain visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes.
Restock product and keep the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable.
