About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the busy holiday season. You will engage with customers, provide personalized styling, and keep the sales floor welcoming, inspiring, and well-maintained. Working with store leadership and fellow team members, you will support daily operations, drive sales, and improve the customer experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and a genuine interest in connecting with people. The role offers hands-on styling experience and introductory sales and styling training. The seasonal term runs from November through January 18, with most assignments ending before that date. There may be an opportunity to continue as a non-seasonal employee after the seasonal term.

Requirements

Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability; some holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.

Maintain visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes.
Restock products and keep the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable.
