About The Position

We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Specialist to help grow a local partner network across North Dakota communities. This position combines business development, community engagement, and customer relationship management, giving you the opportunity to work directly with local business owners while building a strong pipeline of prospective partners. If you enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and making a direct impact in your territory, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, account management, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout your territory.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses throughout an assigned territory and introduce partnership opportunities.
Build relationships with local business owners, community organizations, and referral partners.
Qualify interested businesses and guide them through the application and onboarding process.
Manage prospect activity, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking within Salesforce.
Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives.
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and customer communications.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the partnership journey.
Consistently drive engagement and growth within your territory.
