About The Position

InspireXT is seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist – Data & AI to drive growth in the US market. This role will focus on selling modern data platform, analytics, and AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Databricks and Lakehouse architecture. The specialist will work closely with mid-market and enterprise clients to help them modernize their data ecosystems and unlock business value through data engineering, analytics, AI, GenAI, and Lakehouse-enabled transformation. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B tech sales (Data, Cloud, Analytics, or AI)
  • Strong track record in quota achievement and pipeline generation
  • Experience selling Databricks or adjacent data platforms such as Fabric, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or similar modern data platform solutions
  • Understanding of how Data & AI capabilities create business value across use cases such as operational efficiency, forecasting, automation, decision intelligence, customer experience, supply chain visibility, and process improvement
  • Broad practical understanding of modern Data & AI solution areas, including: Data platform modernization, Lakehouse architecture, Data warehouses and data lakes, Cloud-native data platforms, Data engineering, ETL/ELT, pipelines and integration, Streaming, APIs and modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow and Kafka, Analytics, BI and advanced analytics, Machine learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-enabled business process transformation, Data governance, data quality, metadata, security, privacy and responsible AI
  • Experience working with US-based enterprise customers
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling approach
  • Ability to translate complex data/AI solutions into business outcomes
  • Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management
  • High ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced growth environment

  • Experience working with Databricks AEs or partner teams
  • Services-led or consulting-led Data & AI transformation sales
  • AWS, Azure or GCP partner ecosystem experience
  • AI governance, ML, GenAI or automation deal experience
  • Existing US relationships with CIOs, CDOs, data leaders or transformation executives
  • Experience selling into supply chain, manufacturing, retail, CPG, logistics or life sciences

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles (prospecting → solutioning → closure)
  • Build and expand pipeline across enterprise and mid-market accounts in the US
  • Sell InspireXT’s Data & AI offerings, including Databricks implementations, Lakehouse modernization, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI enablement, and data platform optimization
  • Shape value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives that connect Data & AI capabilities to measurable client outcomes
  • Partner with Databricks and cloud partners for joint GTM initiatives
  • Build joint account plans with Databricks, cloud partners, and InspireXT delivery teams to identify, qualify, and progress opportunities
  • Engage with CIOs, CDOs, Data Leaders, and Business Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft differentiated solutions
  • Develop account strategies and expansion plans
  • Represent InspireXT at industry events, client workshops, and webinars
