About The Position

Twin Health is seeking a Sales Solutions Consultant to act as a vital link between the commercial and cross-functional teams. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Operations to create strategic, solutions-focused materials that demonstrate how Twin’s platform addresses client needs. The consultant will be instrumental in developing proposals, marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and customized solutions for various organizations including health plans, employers, brokers, unions, and provider groups.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support in healthcare tech or digital health
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (e.g., payers, employers, providers, EHRs, claims, value-based care)
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with crafting attractive deal specific slides in Google Slides and Powerpoint
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating RFP processes
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Clay, and proposal tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Commercial team to develop winning strategies and accelerate enterprise growth
  • Conduct market, prospect, and stakeholder research to inform deal strategy and uncover opportunities
  • Design tailored solution strategies that align Twin's capabilities with prospect priorities
  • Translate complex clinical, product, and operational concepts into compelling executive-level narratives, presentations, and business cases
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve commercial effectiveness
  • Collaborate across Product, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing teams to shape market-facing strategy and messaging
  • Participate in cross-functional planning for pilots, strategic initiatives, and enterprise implementations
  • Drive operational excellence by improving commercial processes, CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, and reporting
  • Maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and rigor across all deliverables
