About The Position
Perspire Sauna Studio Middletown is seeking an outgoing, creative, and self-motivated Sales & Social Media Coordinator to help grow its wellness studio through membership sales, social media content creation, and local community outreach. The studio specializes in infrared sauna and red light therapy and focuses on educating the community, providing personalized service, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This part-time hybrid role involves direct collaboration with studio ownership and offers hands-on experience in sales, digital marketing, and community engagement, with opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility. Requirements
- Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with new people.
- Strong sales instincts and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Experience creating and editing social media content, particularly short-form video.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing deadlines.
- Willingness to represent the studio at local businesses and community events.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and healthy living.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional studio experience.
- Educate guests about services, wellness benefits, and membership options.
- Conduct studio tours and convert introductory guests into recurring members.
- Follow up with prospective members and support membership sales initiatives.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, prepare suites, and assist with daily operations.
- Collaborate with studio ownership to develop educational and promotional content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Plan and coordinate weekly filming sessions with an owner.
- Develop content calendars, talking points, filming schedules, and shot lists.
- Manage production timelines and coordinate filming, editing, approvals, and publishing with ownership.
- Film and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other educational wellness videos.
- Create captions, schedule posts, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor engagement and content performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and build relationships with local businesses, fitness studios, wellness professionals, and community organizations.
- Support business-to-business marketing initiatives, cross-promotions, and referral partnerships.
- Coordinate and participate in local tabling events, community gatherings, and promotional activations.
- Help organize outreach campaigns in Middletown and surrounding Monmouth County communities.
- Distribute promotional materials, introduce studio offerings, and generate qualified leads through in-person engagement.
- Track outreach activity, partnership opportunities, and leads generated through community marketing efforts.
