About The Position

This is a great opportunity to take over an established, consistent book of business with an opportunity to also identify new business opportunities and establish new accounts for both new construction and service contracts. You will develop sales plans and objectives regarding new work, contract negotiation, claims resolution, and future work potential. This position also serves as the team project leader during work acquisition and project execution while utilizing sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity in accounts.

Requirements

  • Previous fire protection or mechanical service/construction experience.
  • Prior experience in sales, likely attained with 2 plus years related work experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Being a self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
