About The Position
Hertz is hiring a customer-focused Sales & Service Specialist to support Lyft and Uber drivers through its vehicle rental program. The role helps rideshare drivers get on the road by assisting with rentals, answering questions, maintaining vehicle readiness, and delivering a positive rental experience. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with reservations, rentals, and vehicle pick-up.
- Explain the Hertz rideshare rental program and its benefits.
- Answer questions about billing, extensions, roadside assistance, and rental requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and overcome customer objections.
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including inspections, cleaning, fueling, and quality checks.
- Support daily branch operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
