About The Position

Sales/Service Manager – Pest USA Pest USA is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company, proudly serving customers since 1971. With a strong commitment to customer service and continued market expansion, we are seeking a driven Sales/Service Manager to lead growth and operations in the local market. Position Summary The Sales/Service Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards. This hands-on leadership role combines sales, team management, and field service, requiring a leader who can both close business and actively support daily operations.

Requirements

Proven sales experience with a track record of closing new business
Strong leadership and team development skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Nice To Haves

Pest control or home services experience preferred

Responsibilities

Generate new residential and commercial accounts through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Meet and exceed sales goals while driving overall branch growth
Manage, train, and motivate a team of service technicians
Perform pest control services regularly while leading by example in the field
Oversee daily operations, routing, and service quality
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
Ensure compliance with company standards, state regulations, and safety protocols
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
Manage fleet, service agreements, and required reporting
