About The Position

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to provide an exceptional customer experience while supporting efficient shop operations. The advisor greets customers, serves as the link between customers and technicians, explains mechanical findings in clear terms, and recommends relevant services and products. The role also includes sales, inspections, documentation, maintaining showroom and inventory standards, and helping the team operate safely and efficiently. Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, or a strong customer-service and transferable-sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and lead.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, translating mechanical information into clear recommendations.
• Sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Help maintain showroom and inventory standards.
• Partner with the team to keep operations smooth, efficient, and safe.
• Occasionally support shop flow, including lifting as needed.
