About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and organized Sales Secretary to handle incoming leads and support our sales team. This role focuses on initial customer contact, lead management, and routing opportunities to the appropriate salesperson. Specialty Motorsports has been offering pre-owned motorsport vehicles and repair services to Northern Californians since 2012. We're are a leading and trusted motorsport vehicle dealership in Sacramento with Northern California's largest inventory of pre-owned power-sport vehicles for sale. Our vehicles are each individually tested using rigorous standards to ensure quality products and a positive customer experience. We sell motorcycles, side-by-sides, and power boats in addition to aftermarket and OEM parts and accessories, all available at our warehouse. We also offer trade-in and purchase programs for customers looking to sell their power-sport vehicles.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, online inquiries)
  • Make initial contact with customers promptly
  • Gather basic customer information and needs
  • Assign and route leads to sales staff
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (DX1)
  • Follow up on unresponsive leads as needed
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks
