About The Position

Saige Partners is seeking a Sales RSM to develop new customers and opportunities for add value products. This role involves managing sales for direct OEM business and steel distribution centers for automotive end-users. This is a Direct Hire role.

Requirements

  • Driver's license
  • Knowledge in metals products, special products, and Automotive.
  • Experience establishing and growing relationships with OEMs
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Negotiation experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, notably Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously; self-starting

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers and opportunities for add value products.
  • Manage sales for direct OEM business and steel distribution centers for automotive end-users.
  • Negotiate current business on a regular cadence.
  • Foster current customer relationships and establish new ones.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy for assigned area with a focus on Premium product sales.
  • Utilize sales management tools such as Sales Force, Price configurator, and Forecasting Tool.
  • Identify target customers and develop strategies aligned with overall growth objectives.
  • Interface with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Business Development as part of a working team.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
