About The Position

Nellis Auction is a rapidly expanding online auction company seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will rotate through three core functions: Inventory Processing, Putaway, and Picking. You will receive cross-training in all areas, ensuring a dynamic and varied workday. This role is crucial for managing inventory from arrival to shipment, and we are looking for team members who thrive in a high-energy environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet performance standards and KPIs.
• Basic computer or handheld device proficiency for inventory tracking.
• Comfort using iPhones and standard warehousing tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication, time management, and reliability.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to participate in team lifts for heavier items.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and stoop throughout shifts.
• Ability to climb ladders and step stools.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and handheld scanners.
• Comfort working in an indoor warehouse environment where temperatures vary.

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and list auction items accurately and honestly using software.
• Write clear product descriptions.
• Maintain personal throughput and quality KPIs.
• Use basic computer tools, iPhones, and warehousing hand tools.
• Receive and scan inbound inventory using a handheld scanner.
• Transport products from staging areas to designated storage locations.
• Ensure items are stored neatly and safely according to company protocols.
• Accurately update inventory records and flag discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Locate, scan, and consolidate outbound customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Verify correct items are matched to each order before shipment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all items.
• Collaborate with teammates on large or heavy item handling.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
