About The Position

We are searching for a CULTURE builder who loves SALES and being part of a team that is going places. We launched our showroom over 5 years ago and we are looking for a closer who can network in our retail showroom. You will work hand in hand with the property owners to upgrade their properties and help them get more bookings. The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. The work involves driving results by gaining the commitment and buy-in of others. While strong initiative and self-direction are required, results are achieved with and through people. A genuine appreciation for individual motivations is essential to influencing and persuading others. The role requires a high degree of selling, whether of ideas internally or products and services externally. The environment is fast-paced and results-oriented, with shared responsibility and effective delegation when needed. The position calls for a confident, extroverted communicator who can engage others, adapt to change, and build motivated, high-performing teams.
