About The Position

We are hiring a full-time Showroom Sales Associate to represent our woodworking and metalworking machinery in a hands-on, customer-facing environment. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers exploring our industry-leading machinery and accessories. You will guide customers through product options, demonstrate equipment, complete sales transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging showroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who is charismatic, knowledgeable about woodworking and metal working tools, and enjoys working in a collaborative, training-focused team.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of woodworking and metalworking machines and tools
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literacy

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection, orders, and general inquiries
  • Complete point-of-sale transactions
  • Perform store opening and closing duties
  • Maintain showroom displays, cleanliness, and organization
  • Conduct inventory checks and restock merchandise
  • Demonstrate machinery and explain product use, operation, and care
  • Communicate current promotions, sales, and policies
  • Look up product information, manuals, and parts using computer systems
  • Participate in meetings, product training, and activity research
  • Support other departments and complete miscellaneous projects as needed
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service
