About The Position
Nadeau – Furniture With a Soul | Nashville, TN At Nadeau Furniture with a Soul, no two pieces of furniture are the same — and neither are our team members. Our Nashville location is looking for a Part-Time Showroom Sales Associate who’s equally comfortable helping customers on the sales floor and handling the physical side of store operations. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active while still connecting with customers.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+ lbs on a daily basis
- 1–2 years of retail or sales experience required
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Comfortable engaging with customers and closing sales
- Weekend availability is a must
- Flexible schedule
- Professional, positive, and able to follow direction
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding one-of-a-kind furniture & décor
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and moving inventory
- Safely lift and move furniture (50+ lbs regularly)
- Help maintain an organized, efficient stockroom and sales floor
- Assist with merchandising and floor flow
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
