About The Position

Berkshire Residential Investments is hiring a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant to help drive the success of a property through sales, resident experience, and teamwork. The role calls for an enthusiastic, creative, people-oriented professional who understands local market conditions and can help prospective residents find a home. The consultant maintains a welcoming, professional leasing environment, keeps tour routes and model units presentable, and contributes ideas for property marketing and resident satisfaction. They provide excellent service and communicate professionally with prospective residents, current residents, and team members. Requirements

At least two years of transferable customer service experience.
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Ability to achieve a closing ratio of at least 20%.
Enthusiasm, creativity, energy, and a strong interest in working with people.

Responsibilities

Help lead the team in driving the success of the property.
Achieve a closing ratio of at least 20%.
Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective and current residents gather.
Inspect tour routes and model units and ensure they look their best.
Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
Communicate professionally with residents verbally and in writing.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents, existing residents, and team members.
Perform administrative work with exceptional attention to detail.
